Boravišna pristojba sadržana je u cijeni. Iznajmljivač je obveznik godišnjeg paušalnog plaćanja boravišne pristojbe.

Iznajmljivač ne podliježe plaćanju PDV-a prema odredbama čl. 22 zakona o PDV-u.

Noćenje za djecu do dvije godine je besplatno.

Iznos unaprijed dogovorenih broja noćenja plaća se odmah prilikom dolaska prvog dana korištenja smještaja.

Domaćin je obavezan prema zakonu u roku 24 sata prijaviti, odnosno odjaviti, gosta područnoj turističkoj zajednici putem sustava eVisitor. Osobni podaci gosta nužni za urednu prijavu, odjavu i evidenciju su: ime i prezime, mjesto, država i datum rođenja, spol, državljanstvo, vrsta i broj isprave o identitetu, prebivalište, datum i vrijeme dolaska te datum i vrijeme odlaska.

The sojourn tax is included in the price. The host is abliged to pay an annual flat rate sojourn tax.

VAT is not included in the price because this service is not VAT taxable. 

Accommodation is free of charge for children up to the age of 2.  

Reservation must be paid in full on the first day of arrival of the guest. 

The host is obliged by law to check-in guests at the local tourist office through eVisitor system within 24 hours of arrival and check-out guests within 24 hours of departure.
Personal information of the guest that is required for check-in are: surname and first name, place,country and date of birth, sex, citizenship, type and number of identification document, place of residence, date and time of arrival and date and time of departure.
